Our chefs will guide you through everything you need to know for the perfect BBQ. From side dishes and sausages, exploring different flavours using marinades and rubs and using different cuts of meat and experimenting with fish; right through to cooking techniques like smoking and slow cooking and even the perfect way to light your BBQ, this very much hands on course is informative, fun and so much more. Discover a world of BBQ that will make you the toast of your summer parties and family gatherings. This full day Saturday class culminates in BBQ, burgers and beer.
