A popular class that debunks the myths and mysteries of meat and fish prep and will enable you to be proficient with everything from de-boning chickens and preparing cuts of meat for BBQ to filleting fish for delicate dinner party dishes and much more, you will learn it all as our chefs guide you through this full day class.
