BUTCHERY FOR BEGINNERS
Class time 10:00am to 4:00pm
You will learn how to skilfully debone a chicken. You will also learn the art of curing meat and make your own bacon. We will show you how to make your own sausage meat, scotch eggs, sausage rolls and sausages. This fun course will take you through step by step what you need to know to become confident with all things meat.
