KNIFE SKILLS

Class time 10am to 12pm

Our chefs will guide you through everything you need to know to become an expert with your knives in the kitchen.  From sharpening to basic butchery, fish filleting and vegetable preparation.  This workshop will give you the confidence to handle knives correctly and safely and identify how to choose the right knife for the right job.

Class includes:

  • Two hour class tuition
  • Tea, Coffee and refreshments throughout
