For many years we have represented some of the most innovative Chefs from around the world, in the U.K. From the genius of elBulli to the deep thought of Mugaritz we have worked with them all. We have been lucky enough that they have shown us their secrets and now we would like to share then with you. The techniques are both cutting edge, scientifically researched and great fun. Everything from making spaghetti with strawberries, jelly that will not melt, spheres from liquids or instant ice cream we do it all. Join us for fun with food that will leave you scratching your head and wanting more.
