Join our chefs for a fun, hands on Spanish full day cooking class where you will explore the delicious tastes of the different Spanish regions from Andalucia to Catalonia.  Inspired by the work of our great friends in Mugaritz and elBulli, during this class you will use authentic, high quality ingredients to create traditional favourites such as paella as well as a selection of delicious tapas and a classic Spanish dessert.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our Spanish Course, thank you for putting it on. There were a couple of minor problems and I mean minor problems in that most of the food was not freezable and therefore had to be eaten that evening or at the very latest the next morning; I put on 1.5 kilos!!!!!!! The other problem was the amount of choritzo and garlic which sat a little heavy that night and the next day!!! However I have given it a 5 star rating which is well justified. – we did enjoy the day. Thank you again.

    Attended the March 5th 2019 Spanish Cook school with Ian Steel. A brilliant teacher who made access to the techniques very easy. Anyone, whatever level, would have been able to make all the dishes – that demonstrates a very successful method of teaching. Thank you Ian. (Still waiting for the recipes)

    I attended the 5th March Spanish course and it was excellent. Although I cook a lot, I did learn quite a few things during the day that I have put into practice since. I think experienced and inexperienced cooks alike will enjoy and benefit from this course: it’s straightforward enough for everyone to be successful yet learning a tips and tricks from professionals is great for those with more experience. It’s very much a hands-on day (which is good) and not just a cookery demonstration. Highly recommended.
