New to ICE in Autumn 2018, join our chefs for a fun, hands on Spanish full day cooking class where you will explore the delicious tastes of the different Spanish regions from Andalucia to Catalonia. Inspired by the work of our great friends in Mugaritz and El Bulli, during this class you will use authentic, high quality ingredients to create traditional favourites such as paella, gazpacho and crema catalana as well as a selection of delicious tapas for example gambas pil pil and patatas bravas.
