Learn how to make your very own stocks and sauces, then turn them into classical restaurant sauces to elevate your home cooking. This course will cover all the favourites such as hollandaise, fish stock and a classic red wine jus and will give you the confidence to transform even the most basic dish into something your guests will remember.
