We all know that the right sauce makes the dish, from the gravy on your roast to the bearnaise with your steak.  Learn how to make your very own stocks and sauces from scratch, then turn them into classical restaurant sauces to elevate your home cooking.  This course will cover all the favourites such as hollandaise, fish stock and a classic red wine jus plus more besides and will give you the confidence to transform even the most basic dish into something your guests will remember.
