Cancellations and refunds
In booking a course or dining experience at ICE Cook School, you are booking for one individual day, for the time and date specified and, once booked, you are not able to change the date and time of this booking unless we receive 14 days notice prior to the date of your course or dining experience.
All cancelled courses and dining experiences are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Infusions Group Directors.
If you find you are unable to attend a course or dining experience, you are welcome to send someone in your place, even at very short notice. However, you must notify us in advance if you wish to do this.
There are no exceptions to this.
Most bookings for courses and dining experiences at the ICE Cook School are made some time in advance. It is therefore hard for us to resell any places within 14 days of the start of the booking date, and any cancellations within this time can result in lost revenue that affect the ability of the ICE Cook School to continue deliver quality courses.
Therefore, if you cancel your booking within 14 days of the start of your class or dining experience and we are unable to resell your place you will forfeit any course fees associated with your booking.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
ICE Cook School reserves the right to cancel courses or dining experiences which are less than 50% booked. However, we undertake to give at least 48 hours notice of any cancellation.
In the event of a course or dining experience being cancelled by ICE Cook School, you will be offered a space on another course or dining experience, or if this is not acceptable, a full refund. Where booking has been made using a voucher, the Cook School will issue a replacement voucher with 12 months expiry.
No refund will be made if you fail to attend a course or dining experience.
Refunds that are due will be made within 7 business days of approval.
All refunds are made to the source of the initial payment, i.e. fees paid by a credit card can only be refunded to the same card.
Refunds are not available on gift voucher purchases, nor can gift vouchers be exchanged for cash or other goods. Gift vouchers are transferable, so if you are unable to make your course, you may contact us to nominate a replacement.
