By booking on any of our courses or accommodation you agree to abide by our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to make minor amendments to the Cook School courses content and prices without notice.

What’s included
Ingredients, utensils, knives, equipment and aprons are provided for all courses. Some meals are included in the course cost – please see appropriate course details for further information.

What’s not included

Prices does not include accommodation. Please contact us for details on recommended accommodation and prices.
Application requirements You must be 16 years or over to attend a course independently. A fee-paying guardian is welcome for those younger guests, although they will remain the responsibility of said guardian. Courses and parties are available for our younger guests as well.

All participants should wear shoes with flat, non-slip soles and covered toes, preferably leather. We recommend wearing sensible clothing i.e. not your best outfit – we are not liable for any damage that occurs to clothing. Long hair must be tied back in the kitchen. All course participants will receive a short briefing on health and safety before commencing the course.
Special dietary requirements, food allergies & illness:
We are unable to tailor our course content for special dietary requirements unless you are booking a bespoke all-inclusive course. However, we will be happy to discuss course content beforehand to allow you to make your own alternative eating arrangements if necessary.
Please inform us in advance of any allergies, disabilities, diabetes, pregnancy, epilepsy & learning difficulties including anything you feel we should know before hand.
We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave without reimbursement of fees if their behaviour is unsafe or unreasonable in anyway.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ where you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. By accepting our terms and conditions confirming you are the named purchaser and are at least 18 years of age and understand that you will be committing an offence if you provide false information. We accept secure payment through all major credit and debit cards through our service 256bit encryption.
All payments should be made in full at the time of booking. We do not take provisional bookings and cannot confirm your place on a course until we receive full payment. The security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of our business and our top priority. We also require the full names of all guests at the time of booking.

ICE Cookery Courses & Gift Vouchers
Upon successful completion of an order/booking with us you will receive confirmation of your order/booking by email, to your nominated email address. We accept no liability for a successfully completed delivery that you do not take possession of. We are delivering to an address NOT an individual. Therefore if our courier logs a consignment as having been delivered you must assume it has been stolen. In these cases we will provide you and the authorities with our full cooperation but cannot accept any responsibility.

The School will not accept responsibility for the loss of any personal possessions.
The School will not be liable for any loss suffered by you resulting from any event which is beyond the reasonable control of the School.

Full copyright of course content developed by the ICE Cook School is retained by the Cook School. Course notes and reference materials are provided for guests and are issued for personal use only. The sharing of course materials by print, press, photocopy, email, blogs, internet or any digital transfer medium is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of the Infusions Culinary Experience directors. If in doubt, please ask about what is and isn’t acceptable usage.

Icecookschool.co.uk does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Furthermore Icecookschool.co.uk does not store any customer financial details. If you pay over the phone using your credit card all your details are paper shredded and destroyed immediately after processing.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to ‘Tools | Internet Options | Privacy’ and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.

In booking a course at ICE Cook School, you are booking for one individual day at the time and date specified and, once booked, you are not able to change the date and time of this course unless we receive 21 day’s notice prior to the date of your course. There are no exceptions to this.
An administration fee of £15 will be charged to exchange all course bookings.
All courses are non-refundable.
If you find you are unable to attend a course, you are welcome to send someone in your place, even at very short notice. However, you must notify us in advance if you wish to do this.
We reserve the right to change the content on any course without prior notification or consultation.
In the event of a course being cancelled by ICE Cook School, you will receive a full refund or a space on another course. Where a course has been booked using a voucher, the Cook School will issue a replacement voucher with 12 months expiry.

Amending a date – Up to 21 days before the start of your course
This means that you may request a change of course dates up to 21 days before the start of the course and we will happily transfer you to another date, or course subject to availability. A £15 administration charge will apply. You may also request a refund up to 21 days of the start of the course you have booked. Please note there is an administration and handling charge of £15 for processing customer refunds.
Within 21 days of the start of your course
Most bookings for courses at the ICE Cook School are made some time in advance. It is therefore hard for us to resell any places within 21 days of the start of the course date, and any cancellations within this time can result in lost revenue that affect the ability of the Cook School to deliver quality courses.
If you cancel your booking within 21 days of the start of your Cook School class & we are unable to resell the course you will forfeit any course fees associated with your booking.
This does not affect your statutory rights

Refunds are not available on gift voucher purchases, nor can Gift Vouchers be exchanged for cash or other goods. Gift vouchers are transferable, so if you are unable to make your course, you may contact us to nominate a replacement.
The School will be entitled to cancel any course at any time subject to the repayment of any deposit and fees received in respect of the course or the part of the course, which has been cancelled.
In the unlikely event of cancellation of a course by ourselves, we undertake to offer a suitable transfer to an alternative date or course, or a full refund (within 7 days). We cannot be held liable for any third-party costs, such as travel bookings or accommodation with hotels.
Where a voucher was used to book a course, which was cancelled by The Cookery School, we will issue a replacement voucher with 12 months expiry.

No refund will be made if you fail to attend the course.
Refunds that are due will be made within 7 business days of approval.
All refunds are made to the source of the initial payment, i.e. fees paid by a credit card can only be refunded to the same card.
